General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 6baji platform , including the website located at https://6baji.app and any associated mobile-optimised pages, subdomains, or services operated under the 6baji brand. By accessing the platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

6baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not form part of the binding agreement and shall not override the English version in the event of any inconsistency.

1.1 Platform Description

1.2 Governing Language

Players are expected to possess sufficient English comprehension to understand these Terms before registering an account. 6baji accepts no liability for misunderstandings arising from a player's inability to read or understand English.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid or severed provision.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 6baji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register accounts on 6baji.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party when registering or placing bets on 6baji.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the 6baji platform for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 6baji employee or contractor.

2.1 Age Verification

6baji takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time, without prior notice, and to suspend account access pending the outcome of that verification. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.

If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be permanently closed immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use may be forfeited in full. 6baji will cooperate with any relevant authorities in connection with underage gambling incidents.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 6baji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that player may be permanently closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 6baji services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino play — you must register a personal account on the platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
• A valid and active email address
• A mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund of deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6baji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 6baji will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 6baji immediately at [email protected]. 6baji accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All 6baji accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied. Players are not subject to foreign exchange risk on their 6baji balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 6baji is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically reflected in your 6baji account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

6baji does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside of 6baji's control. It is your responsibility to check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to standard identity verification checks. The first withdrawal from a newly registered account may be subject to an additional verification step to confirm account ownership.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the 6baji account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be refused. Any request to withdraw funds to a different identity constitutes grounds for account investigation and potential suspension.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6baji is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and preventing financial crime. In compliance with responsible platform management practices, 6baji may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds deposited to a player's account, particularly where deposit volumes are unusually high. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued account access. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the reporting of suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

6baji periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotion Amendments

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL cricket season, or IPL tournaments are offered at the platform's sole discretion and carry no guarantee of recurrence in subsequent periods.

User Obligations & Conduct

By using the 6baji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following obligations apply to all players at all times while using the platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6baji and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other software to interact with the platform in place of a human player
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market

• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your 6baji account
• Impersonating another player, 6baji staff member, or any other person
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime

6.2 Responsible Use

Players are expected to engage with the 6baji platform in a responsible manner consistent with the platform's responsible gaming principles. Game Rules & Betting

In general, bets on a match that is abandoned before a result is determined will be voided and stakes returned, unless the market rules explicitly state otherwise.

7.3 Bet Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of 6baji's trading or compliance team shall be final, subject to the player's right to escalate the matter via the formal complaint procedure described in Section 8. All bet settlement records retained by 6baji's systems shall serve as the authoritative record of game and betting activity in the event of any dispute.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on 6baji. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, provider, and promotional period. 6baji reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Players who consistently place bets at or near the maximum stake may be subject to individual stake restrictions at 6baji's discretion.

Account Suspension & Closure

6baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. The following are examples of circumstances that may trigger account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within the requested timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered under the same or a related identity
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• A legal order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement direction

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 6baji account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance in the account will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied. Players should be aware that account closure does not automatically cancel any pending bets — these will be settled normally before the account is closed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 6baji will also suppress marketing communications to the player during this period.
